Trouble Shooting Information

“I’m getting an Installer File is Damaged Error”

1. The first thing to do, because it’s not complicated and it sometimes works, is to completely shut down and reboot your computer, then try installing again. If that doesn’t work, try the following.
2. First uninstall the app if you have an existing install
3. Make sure the application’s folder does not exist in c:\Program Files or c:\Program Files (x86). If it does, delete the application’s folder. For example, if you are having trouble updating the Habi Makeover app, delete the Habi Makeover folder.
4. Empty the Trash (Mac OS) or Recycling Bin (Windows)
5. Check that your computer’s system clock is correct. Correct the date and time if it not current.
6. Make sure you have the latest version of the Adobe AIR runtime installed. You can download it fromhttp://get.adobe.com/air
7. It might be necessary to turn off your anti-virus temporarily while you install the program.
8. Now try installing your app again
If that still doesn’t work, download the app’s air file to do a manual install. Then double-click the air file to install. Locate the file, right click, then open. Choose AIR to open the file.

ISSUE: Can’t get keywords to show or content tab isn’t working
(please allow up to a minute or two for it to find the keywords… if after 10 minutes no keywords are showing please try the following:)

1. Make sure you insert your Adwords ID into the software & the password is correct.

2. Log into your Adwords account in a browser (not the software) and see if there is any error messages inside your account

3. Search for a keyword.. then click the ‘Show Hidden Browser Tab” this will let you see how the software is connecting to your Adwords account.

4. Please send us a video or picture of what the hidden browser is showing when you try to search for a keyword
